CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service total. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. This policy helps us respect our providers’ time and accommodate other clients. Thank you for your understanding and support.
